To proceed on Exchange under the program, you have to receive approval from your Home University and from the Network Committee as well as acceptance by a Host University. Please do not approach Host Universities directly. This will be done by your Home University.

Your application to the Network Committee for a Scholarship and to your Home university for approval to proceed on exchange is made with the ONE online application form accessed below. Note that your Home university may ask you to provide further information or complete additional documentation.

You also need to separately email two (three in the case of European applicants) supporting documents. So, before making application, please ensure you have:

* an electronic copy of your academic transcript for the degree in which you are currently enrolled (a pdf version of a signed or verified transcript would be ideal);

* an electronic copy of a signed recommendation from your Philosopy/Political Theory Department (again a pdf version);

* an electronic version of evidence of English language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, TWE/Essay Rating or letter from institution coordinator attesting to your ability to undertake courses taught in English. (European applicants only). NOTE - The University of Melbourne will not accept a letter as evidence of English language proficiency.
