Biography

Doris Schroeder studied economics and management as well as philosophy, politics, and English literature at Aachen universities. She undertook Ph.D. research at the Universities of Manchester and Birmingham and was previously employed as a strategic planner for Warner Music and a lecturer in philosophy at Lancaster University.

Prof. Schroeder has a joint appointment between CAPPE and UCLAN in the United Kingdom, where she heads the Centre for Professional Ethics and holds the title Professor of Moral Philosophy.
